This Harness will allow a USDM 2004-2007 STi cluster to plug into a 2003-2008 Forester. It has the correct power supply and resistor circuit built in to allow the OAT display inside the STi cluster to function properly. Grounding the R.diff pin will keep the R.diff light in the STi cluster off. If you are or ever planning to run the STi Rear Differential temperature sensor select 3ft pigtail. Check your STi cluster to see how many pins are in the Left (C) Green connector. If it’s got 14 pins its from a 2004 STi, If it’s got 16 its from a 2005-2007 STi. If you pick the wrong year you’ll have abs and brake light issues. If you have a 2003 or 2004 Forester you’ll want a 2004 STi cluster, If you have a 2005-2008 Forester you’ll want a 2005-2007 STi cluster. This will keep the ABS light working properly Or add the ABS Light Reverse Circuit for $40 to get the abs light to function correctly. Special note for 05-08 automatic foresters with traction control or VDC: You’ll need a 2004 STi cluster or 05-07 STi with the ABS fix to get all the lights working properly.
